  Holy Ghost is not a member of the ELCA any more. They joined the NALC (North American Lutheran Church) for a bunch of reasons, mainly that they didn't like the ordination of openly practicing homosexuals, but there were others.
  
  This church has a nice mixture of traditional and contemporary worship, and a very hard working staff that keeps this old town church together.
  
  It is easy to go there and just "check it out" without being bombarded by questions, because they are a bit larger, but if you want to talk to someone, the folks are pretty friendly. They have a lot of special music, like youth hand bells, adult choirs, etc., so there is usually something a little different in the services.
  
  They have a projection screen at the front, but it is not really necessary, since for the worship services I attended, everything I needed to follow along was in a bulletin.
